Appraised provides an online platform that offers instant property valuations and connects property sellers with estate agents. Our valuations are estimates based on publicly available data and should not be considered as formal property valuations.
3. Valuation Estimates
Our instant valuations are algorithmic estimates based on Land Registry data, property characteristics, and market trends. These estimates are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. We recommend obtaining a professional valuation from a qualified surveyor or estate agent before making any property-related decisions.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account.
5. Estate Agent Connections
If you consent to share your property details with estate agents through our platform:
- Your property details will be shared anonymously until you choose to reveal your identity
- Estate agents may provide valuations and proposals through our platform
- You are under no obligation to accept any proposals
- Any agreement with an estate agent is between you and that agent directly
6. Fees
Appraised is free to use for property sellers. We may receive a referral fee from estate agents for successful introductions. This fee is paid by the agent and does not affect the service you receive or fees you pay to the agent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appraised shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Appraised name, logo, and all related content are the property of Prospect PS Ltd. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
